
Conflictorium started a monthly reading group, The theme for the first reading group was Spectatorship, where we were hoping to engage with texts that may help us explore the Figure of a Spectator in a world that's increasingly becoming a spectacle.

A reading-discussion group discussed about seeking voice, articulation and dialogue. This discussion was in reference with Gayatri Spivak’s essay: ‘Can the Subaltern Speak?’
